How long will it take to receive my coffee?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and shipped via standard ground, arriving within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, you can subscribe to your favorite blends and save 15% on every order. Choose your delivery frequency from every week to once a month through our portal.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on direct-trade relationships with farmers, ensuring they are paid well above Fair Trade premiums for their high-quality harvests.
Can I order my coffee pre-ground?
While we recommend buying whole bean for peak flavor, we offer several grind settings including Drip, Espresso, and French Press which can be selected on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
